Who are we?
We are a not-for-profit organisation whose goal, via mind and body practices, is to improve the identification of and drive the treatment of common ailments and problems that challenge our everyday health and wellbeing.
We aim to achieve this through the principle of sharing. By encouraging people to participate in our therapeutic mind and body classes, courses, workshops and retreats, we hope to the share with them the benefits of regular mind and body practices, so they might go on to share them with others and, in turn, those others might share them with others… and so on.
Specifically, this means people sharing the ideals and experiences of the healthier lifestyle with their family, friends and colleagues, as well as sharing their personal experience of mind and body products and services on the market and spreading the word about similar venues, shows and initiatives in their local area.
Regular mind and body practice exercises both our minds and our bodies
Indeed, by treating the mind and body in unison, it works to calm and destress practitioners, while also improving the circulation of blood and lymph, stretching and working most of the muscles in the body and increasing physical energy. In which case, it can help treat many ailments, including arthritis, neck pain, backache, high blood pressure, diabetes, irritable bowel syndrome, asthma, sinusitis, repetitive strain injury, chronic fatigue syndrome, insomnia and migraine.
We have over ten years’ worth of knowledge and experience of products and services, that include, Pilates, yoga therapy, treatments and the holistic market, so we’re uniquely positioned to share the transformative abilities of such practices. Moreover, as we’re a not-for-profit organisation, the sale of every product and service allows us to make a donation to mental health charities and organisations and fund free therapeutic mind and body classes for people experiencing depression, anxiety and other mental health challenges.
